What we do for you in 2 weeks

Week 1: import employees, contracts and leave balances from your current HRIS or spreadsheet. Configure roles, teams, holidays and leave policies.
Week 1: connect your payroll provider or Belgian social secretariat (SD Worx, Acerta, Sodeco, Attentia) for payroll automation and push-to-payroll.
Week 2: configure HR document templates, onboarding flows, surveys and performance review cycles.
Week 2: train HR and managers on natural-language instructions, then go live.

What you need

An employee list, your current leave balances and access to your payroll provider. We handle the rest. No implementation fees, no consultancy invoices.
