Peepel privacy policy

Peepel processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy policy explains what data Peepel collects through peepel.io and the Peepel agentic HR platform, what it is used for, how long it is kept and what rights you have.

What data do we process?

User account data (name, email, role, language, time zone).
HR data uploaded by customers into the platform (contracts, leave balances, payroll data, performance reviews).
Technical data (IP address, browser, device) via server logs and analytics.
Marketing data from visitors who contact us or subscribe to updates.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on contract, legitimate interest or your consent. HR data is retained for the duration of the customer agreement and according to statutory retention periods. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form.
