These terms of service apply to any use of the Peepel agentic HR platform and the peepel.io website. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.
Services
Peepel provides an agentic HR SaaS for European companies with modules for onboarding, leave automation, HR documents, payroll automation, employee surveys and performance reviews. Standard pricing is €9.50 per employee per month, all modules included, cancel monthly.
Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of HR data uploaded to the platform. Peepel is responsible for the availability of the platform according to the SLA and for the protection of personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Liability, termination and governing law
Peepel's liability is limited to the amount paid in fees over the last 12 months. Agreements can be terminated on a monthly basis. These terms are governed by Belgian law and the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction. Contact: hello@peepel.io.
